All too often we think that to lose weight you have to eat food that has the lowest calorific value?
If you want my opinion and I know you do, then anything that was produce by nature that grew in the ground, on a plant or a tree is awesome food and you could eat as much till your heart is content.
As a registered and qualified clinician in hypnotherapy. I can tell you this, you have to unhypnotise yourself.
Well how many adverts have you seen? Do you think advertising has an affect on what you choose to eat? Machines process food and nature grows food. Who do you think knows what's best for our bodies? Do you think without adverts you would buy the food that is in your fridge and cupboards?
What would happen if you had smaller fridges, freezers and cupboards? Would you buy as much food, would you stock up the cupboards, fridge or freezer as much? Do you spend more money when you have less or more storage space? Would you eat more or less food if there was less food in the house?
The average amount of money that is spent each year on advertising is about a half a trillion dollars. The figure in 2008 was $412 billion dollars. That amount includes everything from food, cars and vacation.
You be certain that they are probably spending about 500 billion on advertising as we are consumers and they need us to consume otherwise there is no supply and demand. We were never a disposable society but we are now. We dispose and consume.
There's a lot of money to be made from people who have unhealthy lifestyles and who love to spend money even if they don't have it. Sell them junk food. So what happens when you really love food, and want fine foods as opposed to junk food?
You start losing weight and start enjoying living. That's what happens. But how do you fight all powerful advertising campaigns? How do you get your life back on track?
